Can you provide details on what the Workflow User attribute on Internal Users is used for?


We have a separately licensed document workflow component for archived documents. When you purchase a workflow license for a certain number of user/agents that flag is what assigns those licenses to specific user/agents. 

In a nutshell, the workflow component provides the ability to move archived documents through a configured set of workflow steps/tasks that have assigned roles for user/agents and proxies, giving the ability to: (a) track something through to completion, (b) provide email notifications at desired steps, (c) present a variety of "document center" views of open documents filtered for departments and agents, (d) provide an audit trail of approvals/rejections, (e) set up and maintain user-defined fields for additional related data tracking, (f) plus other features.
