The update KB4512506 was rolled out and has caused some VB6 applications, such as the UnForm 7, 8, and 9 image managers, to crash with runtime error 5's.  We've also had reports of ODBC-related failures.  The update must be rolled back to enable Image Manager operation again.  Microsoft stated:

"Microsoft is presently investigating this issue and will provide an update when available. "
