When installing UnForm 9.0 on Windows servers, the installer will try to ensure two things:
- The server's "temp" folder has full permission for the special "Everyone" user
- The bundled uf90c client files are installed in the install path, the Windows System32 folder, and the Windows SysWow64 folder
