There are no special config settings for CUPS. UnForm generates raw pcl or postscript output ready to send directly to the printer (that is why you specify the -oraw option). There are no special print drivers needed, and in fact the -oraw option bypasses them. Just set up the printer as you would for any other application using the cups admin interface, and then the lp command given to unform takes care of the rest.
