This error occurs if Perl is unable to resolve a host name into an IP address. The most common cause of this is a missing 'localhost' entry in /etc/hosts, as 'localhost' is the default server name used by the UnForm client. To resolve this error, add a localhost entry into /etc/hosts, with a line like this:
